At ProAthlo, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read the following policy carefully:
Refunds:
•Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final.
•We do not offer refunds unless there is a production or printing error on our part.
•In such cases, we will replace the item at no cost.
•We do not accept returns or exchanges for errors caused by the customer (e.g., incorrect name, number, or size).
•All issues must be reported within 15 days of delivery, along with clear photo evidence.
Cancellations:
•Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
•After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
•Orders cannot be cancelled once they enter the production phase.
